A set of icons made in CSS and a bit of jQuery that turn into related icons just by clicking on them. It shows the power of CSS to animate icons, and they can be used individually on any web project.


The guys at Codrops have just released an awesome CSS collection of navigation bullets and indicators for pages, slideshows and other components that tells the user where he is currently. That’s definitely worth a look!


A nice code snippet with knobs that you can grab to modify the environment. For instance, you can use one knob to modify the saturation, another to modify the hue, level and more. It is a cool experiment that can be used on a website to allow users to select colors for products and other areas.


A beautifully designed user form with several tabs made in pure CSS. The form has a profile tab where users can add name, location, title, website, and more; an account tab where users can login, a privacy and an advanced tab.


A button made in CSS that activates a simple menu on click. It can be used as a menu in a mobile app or a website, it’s lightweight and easy to implement.

A tilt effect that’s achieved using only CSS. This effect is becoming popular fo web applications and apps rapidly and it’s usually achieved using jQuery or JavaScript. However, this version does not require any of them, making the page load time decrease considerably.


An SVG goo animation made in CSS and JavaScript. It consists of a simple button that leaks when clicked. It can be used as part of a website or a mobile app, in a game.


A simple library to take care of complex CSS animations. It can also add custom functions that do non-CSS animations. To use it simply install the package via npm or include the file as a script.

A slider made in CSS and jQuery that makes its own background fade in order to make the central area stand out. It is responsive and focuses on images, although you can easily add text if necessary.


multi.js is a user-friendly replacement for select boxes with the multiple attribute. It is mobile-friendly, easy to use, and provides search functionality. multi.js is also easy to customize and style with CSS.
